At 16:00 on July 27, 2023, Shanghai Huizhou Industrial 2023 semi-annual staff meeting was held as scheduled in our R & D center show room, and all employees participated in the meeting (other factory staff participated online). The theme of this meeting is "Foundation, Stable Growth". The meeting plan is for the general manager and heads of departments to summarize the work in the first half of 2023 and plan for the second half of the year, and co-explore how to face the challenges and opportunities and how to better serve our customers in the near future.

The the first half of 2023, the COVID-19 epidemic had a serious impact on the global economy, and China economy has continued to slow down, and all industries are facing great pressure. It is crucial to evaluate timely the situation and adjust strategies. Here is meeting summary。

◎ GM | Past，Present，Future

Zhang Jun, our general manager shared his opinions on national policy, enterprise situation and employee experience based on the three dimensions of "country, enterprise and employees",from three time period,i.e.“past, present and future”. Although in the first half of 2023, the overall Huizhou Industrial business was less than expected, it basically maintained balance and kept normal operation. Looking forward to the future, we are still facing huge challenges, and the company made timely and dynamic adjustments, hoping to achieve great business performance.

◎ Summary for Other Departments

Sales: The first part summarized and analyzed sales milestones, sales completion rates and customer service in the first half of 2023. The second part was the planning for the second half of the year, mainly aiming at the aspects that need to be improved in the work, better serve customers, and striving to achieve our sales target for the second half of the year.

Factory :The achievement of main KPI, progress of key projects, improvement measures and work plan for the second half of the year were explained respectively. Detail was introduced around "safety, quality, efficiency, 5S management, equipment management, records" and other aspects. It aims to provide customers with more thoughtful and satisfactory service by creating a safe and good production environment, strengthening product quality and shortening delivery time.

Delivery : Sharing based on three dimensions,review of the past, summary and learning, and future plan. The actual situation and planning of supply chain management, supplier management and cooperation, optimization of production plan, inventory and logistics, payment terms and so on are explained. Hear were the main aspects, such as doing a good job among suppliers, Huizhou Industry and customers, timely communication, positive response, strict control of inventory, challenging higher goals, and making customers more satisfied.

R&D Center: It introduced the work in the first half of the year, the needed work improvements, the work direction in the second half of the year, mainly shared the key projects, product testing, solution design and verification, related training and other content. In the second half of 2023, the R&D department will make improvements from these specific dimensions, which are product data, process optimization, technical training, rapid response and R&D center qualification upgrade to better serve customers.

Finance: It summarized the work in the first half of the year and reported the work plan in the second half of the year. It introduced credit, auditing, business management, project application, financial accounting and budget management in details. In order to make our company management more standardized and professional, in the work plan for the second half of the year, the finance team plans in a detail for the company's balance of payments, investment principles, department control, fixed assets management, core business data, cost management, sales targets and expense management from four aspects: cash revenue and expenditure management, refined data management, standardized inspection at the production end, and budget management.

Quality : It says product quality determines the fate of the enterprise, without quality there is no development. The quality department introduced the ideas of quality work (i.e. Guiding), the summary of work in the first half of 2023, and the work measures in the second half of 2023. They will make efforts to improve the overall quality,from the company's system integration, total quality management, quality indicators (incoming materials, manufacturing process, shipment inspection, customer complaints), combined with specific dimensions, such as quality awareness, training, document editing, implementation, quality roles, etc.

Marketing : Further introducing marketing function, publicity and promotion, customers, corporate culture and the industry trend (policy support, domestic and foreign gaps, market demand). We hope to regain our confidence in industry development and better understand the needs of our customers. At the same time, we need do a good job in the company's brand building, multi-channel promotion and publicity, so that customers can understand our company more dimensions. Also we will provide better sales support to give our customers more professional service.

HR: It reported HR’s main work in the first half of the year (recruitment, training, key work), the key problems, and the work plan in the second half of the year (employee relations, performance, recruitment and training). In view of the main problems at present, the specific details of the future work will be sorted out and make improvements in the aspects of recruitment and cooperation channels, employee relations, performance, training, key work, etc.

The slowdown in economic growth will continue throughout 2023 and possibly beyond. All colleagues of Huizhou Industry will "Keep team spirit and try the best", break the sales bottleneck, and strive to expand the market and open hopefully a new journey for the company.
